We helped them identify the solutions that needed to be replaced, assess the options, select the correct suppliers, and initiate the related projects. This support enabled the customer to proceed independently with confidence.

When existing solutions fall short

The customer was facing critical business challenges that were not met by the existing solutions:

Evaluating options and initiating projects

With prior experience and deep understanding of the business domain, Apex guided the customer through a structured evaluation of the current situation. Workshops were held to identify pain points, explore options, and determine the best approach. Together with the customer, we identified two outdated solutions that did not meet the demands of the growing business and needed to be replaced.

Apex supported the customer in the RFP and evaluation process, to identify the best fit, regarding approach, solutions and partners. Both custom development and out-of-the-box options were evaluated. After solution and supplier selection, the customer was supported through project initiation and empowered to take ownership of the implementation.

Clear path and operational readiness

The customer received a structured roadmap and clear recommendations for future development. Both implementation projects were initiated with the support of the selected suppliers, and after handover phase, the customer could continue execution independently. The engagement delivered clarity, confidence, and a foundation for ongoing digital transformation.
